Fall training has begun. We have just enough time to get things started before we have lab pups due the end of the month. I wasn't sure I was ready for this but I loved training alongside Ryan. He has become such a confident dog driver. The dogs bring us together. Now is the hard part where we have to all learn how to be a team again.

It's had to believe that 7 weeks have flown by and puppies are already starting to head to their new homes. The big news here at the kennel is that we are expecting Daisy puppies the end of Nov. For anyone who knows Daisy this is an exciting litter of pups.
School has also started. Our son is a Senior! Grandkids are back in school and it is almost time to start training for our dog sled season!

Puppies are doing great. They are almost 5 weeks old. They are at a wonderful age and love attention. This is my favorite time when the pups start to become excited when I come in the room! They can now bark and wag their tails!
I spent many hours this week grooming my poodles. There is such a feeling of satisfaction when I have completed grooming one of my dogs. The dogs love the one on one time when they are on the grooming table. My poodles and labradoodles love to be groomed!

What a great time. The puppies played with the grandkids and now my nieces came to visit before leaving for school! This is a time of constand socialization for the pups. Hard to believe summer is almost over and pups go to their new homes in 3 weeks!

Our puppies will be 3 weeks old tomorrow. They are learning how to walk and play. Their motor skills are very limited! The little guys are becoming individuals. Some like to sleep side by side and others on their backs. The weather has been humid so mom spends less time in the box and they have more space to explore. No tail wagging yet. But soon!
We took a dog and puppy break and spent the weekend with our grandkids and our sons. What a great time. We only took our Daisy dog since there was so much goin on. I was trilled to get back to the dogs!

Our pups are two weeks old and growing fast! Crush is a great mom and Ryan comes home from work to enjoy his puppies. It was hard for him to decide not to keep one but he doesn't have time for more than one dog right now. He is planning on racing his sled dogs one more season and training isn't to far away.
Our Eve will be bred next week for Labrador Retrivers. Today the dogs were out planing enjoying the cool evening. We love to spend time playing after work. The dogs are learning how to use some of the agility equipment. But the best exercise is just running and chasing each other or playing with a stick!

Puppies are finally here! It was a busy time. Thanks to Lori and Paige and Crush we managed to have the litter born and do our funeral stuff that we needed to attend for Tom's mom. Ryan and Crush's lst litter ended up with 4 boys and 2 girls. Three are chocolate, two are a lite cream and l is white. All beautiful pups!
